Do's and Don'ts 19/01

It's that time of the week! My Do's and Don'ts from over the past week

so first up this week, my first best dressed of the week is.. Anne Hathaway
In this beautiful white chanel gown, (worn at the Golden Globes) she looks elegant, classy, beautiful but modern, it was a great choice! So, DO wear white

Secondly, Taylor Swift deserves a double round of applause!
Firstly, she showed Harry Styles what he was missing at the Teen Choice awards in this beautiful elegant white dress. She really hit the nail on the head with this one! Again its DO wear white. 

And then she pulled out THIS at the Golden Globes ( I am going to have to do a separate Golden Globes post!) The beautiful plum colour looks great with her porcelain skin. She really shows us that sometimes, the dress does all the talking.
DO keep accessories to a minimum

Now time for the don'ts...
Firstly, Penelope Cruz.
The usually sexy señorita looked..... well jsut awful!
he hair was less groomed than usual and quite frankly, who wears an orange suede coat? EVER. Let alone to an event

DON'T go out without even getting ready!

And finally, my second DON'T of the week.....
It's another Golden Globes dress, but much less successful than the previous...
Halle Berry

Now you have THE most gorgeous legs, so why not wear a dress with a split a la Liz Hurley or more recently Angelina Jolie..... but the rest of the dress still has to look good too! It looks like something she would have worn in the 90's (and probably still would have got slated then!). The colour isn't right on her, and the pattern looks like snake meets tie dye. Just wrong on so many levels.......
